A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT?

DON'T PANIC!

1. MAKE SURE YOUR REQUEST IS COMPLIANT

If you simply wish to return your product to us, please note that it must not have been used and that you must have kept all the elements of the product and its packaging. Please note that the product must be able to be put back on sale in the condition. The return must be made within 14 days of receipt of the package.

2. CONTACT OUR DEDICATED SERVICE

  1. You must complete the attached withdrawal form and return it to us BY EMAIL to → sav@lebrun.fr ←.
  2. Your withdrawal request will be examined by our after-sales service team. You will then receive an email from our customer service with a return number.
  3. Please affix the return number and your name to each box in a detachable envelope. Any failure to do so will result in a delay in the refund.
  4. Arrange the return of your order to the following address*:

For any return of bulky (+30kg) & non-standard products, we can provide you with a removal quote. *

Attention :
The product must be returned new, in its original packaging, with all documentation provided and accessories included. In case of use of the product, a discount of 10% to 80% will be applied because the product will no longer be saleable as new as stipulated in our general conditions of sale:

  • Product returned new but packaging opened: 10% discount
  • Product returned new without original packaging: 20% discount
  • Returned product used with original packaging: 30% discount
  • Returned product used without original packaging: 40% discount
  • Product returned damaged regardless of the packaging: 50% discount
  • Returned product broken: 80% discount

Products damaged or rendered unusable by customers will not be refundable and will be made available for collection from our premises: Groupe lebrun – 275 chemin du Lobel, 62510 Arques

Subject to the perfect condition of the returned product, the LEBRUN group is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer with the exception of the return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer.
